Ginger and Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

Ginger Turmeric Smoothie bowlMakes 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 3/4 cup Almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Barley+ Maple + Nuts Toasted Muesli
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee
  • 6 Ice cubes

Method

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blitz to your desired texture. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries.
