Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6oz Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp plant based milk
  • 1/4 Barley+ Cranberry & Nuts Toasted Muesli
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Method

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blitz to your desired texture!
