Here at Freedom Foods we love to partner with likeminded people who enjoy helping others to eat better. It’s why we do what we do, and make the food we make! It’s also the reason we are proud to introduce you to the next round of participants taking part in the Barley+ 28 Day Reboot Challenge.
Over 28 days earlier this year, 50 of our employees were independently assessed after substituting their normal daily breakfast with Barley+ Muesli and a Barley+ Muesli Bar each day as a snack. After 28 days, the participants reported statistically significant reductions in group mean body weight, body fat and body mass index (BMI), and a significant positive shift in feelings of anger.
We hope this month’s participants are just as excited about taking part in the program as we were. We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce them to you as we follow their progress over the next four weeks.
