Barley+ And Chestnut Crusted Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

  • 3lb filleted fish (deboned)
  • 1/2 cup Barley+
  • 1/2 cup chestnuts
  • 1 tablespoon dried Sage
  • 1 tablespoon dried Thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large lemons, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place Barley+ and chestnuts in a food processor and pulse until crumb sized.
  • Add olive oil, sage, thyme, salt and pepper to Barley+ mixture
  • Place fillet on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet skin side down. Pour lemon juice over the fish.
  • Pack Barley+ onto the fish in a thick layer
  • place lemon slices along outer edge of the fish
  • Bake 30-40 minutes, or until fish is cooked to desired temperature and crust is browned and crispy
  • Serve with roasted lemon slices
